Cancellation Policy

I know your time is valuable; mine is too. Your appointment is a time that has been set aside exclusively for you. However, I understand that unplanned issues may come up and you may need to cancel an appointment.

In the event that you are unable to make your appointment I respectfully ask that you contact me at the earliest opportunity.

The following charges apply:

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice* - No charge

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice* - Full cost of appointment

​

Not attending a booked appointment - Full cost of appointment

​

*48 hours notice does NOT include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please also note that in the event that you arrive late for your appointment the full appointment cost will still be charged. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment and the full cancellation fee will be charged.
